"Shoot for Purpose," a charitable event sponsored by a group of local volunteers, was held Sunday, October 16, 2011, in Red Bluff at the Red Bank Outfitters. Many thanks to all the shooting enthusiasts who participated in this year's event!

This non-competitive event serves to introduce beginners and intermediate level shooters to the sport with expert, professional instruction.

This year's 6th annual event proceeds, in the amount of $10,000 will support Diabetes Education and Test Kit Supplies for Women in Tehama County through St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. The Sisters of Mercy and Mercy Foundation North are truly grateful for this support!
