New Development Officer Hired


Martha McCoy-Nagel Joins Mercy Foundation North Staff


Martha McCoy-Nagel has recently been hired as a Development Officer for Mercy Foundation North. Martha will provide support to Mercy Foundation North Development efforts in Tehama and Shasta counties on behalf of Mercy Medical Center Redding, St. Elizabeth Community Hospital, Shasta Senior Nutrition Programs, and Golden Umbrella.

Martha has years of related experience both with Northern Valley Catholic Social Service and the City of Redding. She is a member of Redding East Rotary, Leadership Redding Steering Committee, and is a Board member of Kid’s Turn Shasta-Cascade.

Mercy Foundation North is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and is dedicated to supporting their activities throughout the North State. The Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm for Mercy Medical Center Redding, Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta, St. Elizabeth Community Hospital, Golden Umbrella, and Shasta Senior Nutrition Program. Mercy Foundation North is guided by the mission of the Sisters of Mercy, to care for those in need of physical, spiritual, social, and emotional healing. The Foundation has the responsibility of developing, managing, and distributing resources that will support the continuation of the works of the Sisters of Mercy in the areas of health care, education, and social services.
